Lesson July 21, 2006

— Friday July 21, 2006 by Admin

This week, we’ll talk about the topic of spiritual community. This topic is near and dear to all of you. Many of you love FNF which is a spiritual community. First of all, as a spiritual community, let’s rejoice over Mr. Chou’s recovery. I am sure you worried about him and prayed for him. That is what we do when we care about someone in our community. So, let’s think about:

  1. What makes FNF different from all the other groups you belong? Groups such as band/orchestra, sports team, Chinese school….
  2. What are the top three purposes of FNF?
  3. What does FNF mean to you?

Read Ephesians 3:14-19 this week. First, read it as if you were Paul, and you are praying for the church at Ephesus. Can you feel the love Paul had for the church?

Next, pray this prayer as if it came from you, and you are praying for FNF. Please write down what comes to your mind when you pray this prayer. Now, go back and look at the three questions again. Any lights come on?
